After a difficult couple of years for the event industry, in-person events were well and truly back this year. We’ve loved being busier than ever, capturing vital data to help our customers make the most of their events, exhibitions and activations.
We’ve seen some really interesting trends in our data from events we’ve worked at over multiple years. Overall visitor numbers at many events are still down on pre-covid levels, BUT engagement levels are up. Those who are attending events are a high quality audience taking their time to engage with exhibitors. Great news for event organisers and exhibitors.
This summer we hit a major milestone, collecting insights and analytics at our 5000th event. Last week our award-winning sensors were in action at event 5500!
This year we have:
- Had sensors in action at 1033 events
- Worked in 24 countries, on four continents
- Made it five years in a row with another Event Technology Award for Best use of Technology for Event Analytics / Data Collection and had two other entries shortlisted
- Started work to develop a fantastic new addition to our sensor range, View Direction, offering directional analytics to allow clients to dig even deeper into how their audience engage with their experiential activity
Looking ahead to 2023 we can’t wait to help clients old and new to demonstrate the Return on Marketing Investment of their experiential activity.
